IN ENGLISH:
We could help you better if you would tell us what you wanna do with the coins?
The value of raw materials of the 1- and 2-€-Coins is only about a few cents, its just copper and brass - it just looks like gold and silver ;-)
If you want to collect them, search for the "MICHEL"-Catalog, e.g. at www.michel.de - there you can find the rare and expensive coins.
If you're searching for real gold and silver, you'd better buy international collector-coins like Maple Leaf, Krugerrand etc.
If you're searching for real €-Silvercoins, you can look for "Gedenkmünzen" (votive medals).
E.g. 10 € votive medals - search term in german - e.g. for eBay: "silber gedenkmünze 10 €".
They are in 925 sterling silver and have a weight of 18 g - that means: approx. 16,65g Fine silver (a bit more than 1/2 oz. tr.).
The pure silver price for this coins would be about 5 € (about 7,70 USD).
One of the newest votive medals is the "Max Planck" 150th anniversary.
If you just want to have a few "regular" coins, you can write me an email, send me a few dollars (coin value + shipping) via paypal and i can send you 2 or 3 coins or how much you ever like :-)
